About the Role
Work with clients in branding (full logo, typography, color palettes, etc.), narrative, website design, digital experiences, digital marketing, as well as UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.
Act as the lead point of contact for all website design and development clients, managing all requests including onboarding, schedules, project planning, asset creation, implementation and management, client feedback, budgets, project strategy, reporting, and acting as the liaison between the client and internal team.
Collaborate on customers’ branding strategy, roadmap and overall program to develop clear and measurable marketing objectives.
Recommend improvements to client websites that target increases to their specific KPIs.
Leverage creative, strategic, and analytical skills to discover actionable insights and recommendations from available data sources.
Balancing multiple projects at different stages and bringing unique perspectives to each problem space.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s priorities and competition. Understand and translate customer business goals into successful marketing strategies.
Conduct and own the onboarding of clients while clearly defining and gaining agreement on customer expectations for all involved.
Assist customers to navigate the technical aspects of the onboarding process, including the implementation of Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and more with our proprietary dashboard.
Requirements
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited post-secondary educational institution. A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Building Technology, Architectural Technology, Building Science and Interior Design is a plus. Professional licensure also a plus.
Customer service related experience helpful.
Between 5 to 10 years’ experience in the design or engineering industry or related field.
